About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and organized marketing and/or communications professional with an interest in supporting Panorama’s robust webinar programming to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the work of Panorama’s Webinar Marketing Manager and Professional Learning Events Director by researching & coordinating client speakers, managing webinar set-up, and assisting with follow-up communications & resources for Panorama’s learning community.Â
In the process of supporting and attending approximately 45 webinars and virtual events per year, this role on Panorama’s demand generation team offers a unique opportunity to learn from inspiring and influential K-12 leaders and experts as well as to develop professionally as a multi-channel brand storyteller.Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Research and recommend client speakers for webinars, panels, and virtual programming in partnership with Panorama’s Account Management and Customer Experience teams Â
- Coordinate email communication, discovery calls, and webinar preparation meetings with educational leaders and speakersÂ
- Collaborate with Panorama’s Webinar Marketing Manager and Professional Learning Director to execute webinar logistics, including the creation of webinar Zoom events and online registration pagesÂ
- Assist with the development and implementation of post-webinar follow-up communications and resources (e.g. email, website, etc.) to amplify the impact of webinars for leaders in Panorama’s communityÂ
- Gather and track post-event data reporting to track ROI
- Work with Webinar Marketing Manager to draft panel and webinar presentations using brand storytelling best practices for sponsored webinars Â
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 1-5 years marketing, events, or communications experienceÂ
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, project management skills and ability to meet deadlines for multiple events/projects with a consistently high bar of quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated strength in collaborating with colleagues across departments and disciplines, including process-building and generating buy-inÂ
- The ability to design presentations with an eye toward visual aesthetic and communications best practicesÂ
- Demonstrated experience learning new technology platforms, plus a willingness to become a data guru through mentorship!Â
- Demonstrated experience understanding the impact of and incorporating attention to diversity, equity, and inclusion in your workÂ
- Interest in creating impactful professional learning experiences related to K-12 education (experience in K-12 education/education organizations is a plus)Â
Panorama excitedly hosts two in-person "all team meetings" a year. All Panoramians attend and travel/hotels are provided.Â
