HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Marketing Strategist will work to enhance Inspira Financial's market leader position, visibility, and drive client acquisition/retention strategies. The role will serve as the primary marketing point of contact across one (or more) of our business units and will help ensure defined goals and objectives are achieved. The Marketing Strategist (with the assistance of the Director of B2B Marketing), is integral in defining and delivering a strong B2B marketing strategy execution to continue to grow Inspira Finacnial.
This role requires a solid understanding of lead generation and campaign strategy/execution, digital marketing and sales enablement. The Marketing Strategist will develop a strong understanding of the business, including client needs, competitive landscape, products/capabilities, and industry trends to proactively translate into targeted B2B marketing programs.

  • With the help of the Director of B2B Marketing, develop, oversee and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy, informed by business priorities, audience insights, positioning, messaging, and channel strategy.
  • Drive client awareness, acquisition, and retention by developing and executing measurable marketing campaigns.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the specified target audience, inclusive of any sub-segments, as well as the competitive landscape.
  • Drive the creation and management of business unit digital marketing assets such as newsletters, emails, thought leadership, blog posts, social posts, campaign landing pages as well as various print materials.
  • Manage relationship and activities of in-house and outside agency creative/production efforts in development/delivery of B2B marketing campaigns/collateral.
  • Effectively project manage multiple B2B marketing initiatives, communicate all internal and external deadlines and stay within budget.
  • In coordination with sales and other key stakeholders, develop tradeshow, event and webinar strategy, manage the execution, and track the metrics.
  • Work with sales leaders to ensure their teams are provided with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success.
  • Regularly report on marketing strategies, activities, budget and campaign KPIs in addition to learnings and upcoming plans.
  • Other duties, as assigned.


IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration with concentration in marketing, communications, or related area.
  • 4-7 years of applicable experience.
  • Experience working with CRM (preferably Salesforce), marketing automation and other digital, social and account-based marketing tools.
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented work while understanding the larger scope of projects and how they ladder to marketing and business priorities.
  • Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skill set, with the ability to identify new opportunities, while continuing to support existing areas of work.
  • Proven knowledge and results in lead and opportunity creation and a deep understanding of the demand generation waterfall.
  • Ability to multitask, collaborate and prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects.
  • Thrive within a team environment.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and willingness to learn and experiment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with various data and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; particularly, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
