The Marketing Intern will be exposed to various elements of traditional and digital marketing focused on the B2B industry, mentored by the highly motivated and professional teams of Marketing Strategy, Creative Solutions and Digital Marketing. The marketing intern would be exposed to strategizing and executing omnichannel campaigns including, trade show and event coordination, trade media and advertising, literature development, marketing operations, and social media planning. Under the vision of the Marketing Strategists, this role assists in deploying actionable and consistent communications across a variety of media and social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the marketing team in the planning and strategy execution of segment-specific customer experiences, including relevant omnichannel campaigns and related marketing efforts.
• Assists with the coordination of trade shows and sales-related events, including pre-show preparation, booth staff support, attendee invitations, lead management, and post-show reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure efficient and timely execution of marketing campaigns.
• Copy editing for announcements, media spotlights, literature & packaging updates, websites, newsletters, marketing promotions, social media and other items as required.
• Organize photo shoots and works in conjunction with marketing strategists and product managers to obtain product samples or cutaways as needed.
• Support marketing initiatives by collecting product information and categorizing internally to enable searchability.
• Create presentations and surveys in PowerPoint as needed.
• Run routine marketing reports.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

• Be able to demonstrate a detail-oriented posture amidst a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment but be successful working independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
• Demonstrate strong project management skills in order to meet multiple deadlines.

Education and Experience

• The ideal candidate is entering sophomore or junior year of post-high school education in the fields of business, marketing, communications or project management.
