About the position

We  seek to  hire  a Marketing Co-ordinator on a 3 month’s  fixed term contract

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

1. Budget Management:
• Registering suppliers and processing purchase orders (PO) and goods received notes (GRN).
• Providing a monthly update on the budget status.
2. Innovation Documentation:
• Planned and Following up on innovation-related documents for portfolio meeting and Product council
• Preparing the agenda for Portfolio meetings and the Project Committee (PC) as per the submission.
• Make sure to have a portfolio meeting with the CMO to decide to send the documents to the above meetings.
3. Monthly PLE Collection:
• Collecting monthly PLE (Price, List, and Expenses) data.
• Gathering feedback from the central team and sharing it with the respective leads.
4. Market Data and Information Collection:
• Assisting in the collection of data and information from various markets, primarily through follow-ups, for the brand leads and the CMO.
5. Market Data Analysis:
• Conducting deep dives into market data to assist marketing leads and the CMO (
6. ESG Monitoring:
• Monitoring and collecting ESG  data on a monthly basis for the ESG forum.
7. Central Team Meeting Management:
• Managing central team meetings, sharing minutes, and following up on assigned tasks.
8. Data Management System (DMS) Maintenance:

Knowledge Skills, experience and qualifications

• University Degree or partly or full Professional qualification such as CIMA/ACCA or CIM
• Fluent in English
• High computer literacy
• Previous experience
• Ready to work in different time zones when needed.
