This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone to start a career within the Marketing team. Our Marketing team works closely with virtually every department within the organization and is crucial to connecting with customers and driving sales. The Sales & Marketing Support role is not cold-calling but more of an engagement role with current and newly onboarded customers, making sure their customer experience is a great one, building relationships and making them aware of all that Famous has to offer. 

Primary Job Responsibilities 

• Create effective call campaigns to discuss promotional events, offers and discounts that Famous is offering
• Assist with the execution of marketing events including registration process, charity campaign outreach, and attending events
• Send promotional material to existing customers and make sure “prize winners/promotions” are fulfilled
• Make daily outbound sales calls to existing and newly registered customers to ensure we are meeting the customer’s needs, creating a positive experience and providing feedback to the marketing team to improve Famous online and the mobile app.  

Required Experience and Skills 

• Strong relationship builder
• Customer service mindset
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eclipse (or another ERP software) experience is a plus
