MARKETING SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Cornell Pump Company is looking for aMarketing Support Specialistto join our team!

SUMMARY

A great way to kick start your marketing career as a Marketing Support Specialist. Immediate responsibility for marketing trade programs, with the ability to grow and hone your skills in messaging, graphic design, and market research.

PAY RANGE - $18.50 - $22.00 per hour DOE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing all aspects of trade shows, pump schools, and trade seminars
  • Detail-oriented tracking, planning, and communication skills
  • Processing and managing print collateral updates and layouts
  • Maintaining customer databases
  • Ordering and sending out all promotional items
  • Preparing manuals for customers
  • Arranging and coordinating travel schedules and reservations for trade show meetings
  • Ordering and maintaining marketing supplies
  • Acting as relief receptionist as needed
  • All Marketing support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Innovation -displays original thinking and creativity, meets challenges with resourcefulness, generates suggestions for improving work, develops innovative approaches and ideas, presents new ideas and information
  • Planning/Organizing - prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently, sets goals and objectives, develops realistic action plans
  • Problem Solving - identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gather and analyzes information skillfully, develops alternative solutions, works well in a group problem solving situations
  • Familiarity with CRM, graphics software, and Microsoft Suite

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Associates Degree (A.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
