Job Description

Under close supervision, the Marketing Systems Coordinator will work with various Sales and Marketing team members to collect and distribute Marketing content to the Commercial teams.
 
What You’ll Work On
• Process and organize Marketing content in Marketing Systems (MerlinOne, Showpad, Sales Portal, SharePoint, etc.)
• Upload Marketing content, including meeting deliverables and videos, into the Digital Asset Management System.
• Maintain document libraries in Marketing Systems.
• Distribute released documents in Marketing Systems and properly process outdated content per Quality standards.
• Provide regular communication on Marketing System updates and enhancements.
• Perform quality check/review of all uploaded materials.
• Create and maintain metadata for all Marketing content files loaded into MerlinOne.
• Document procedures and create job aids for Marketing Systems
• Provide basic user training and assistance for Marketing Systems.
• Provide regular reports from Marketing Systems
• Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
• Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned
 
What You Contribute
• High School Diploma required; additional cataloging studies/education preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience with metadata input, organizing a large number of files, hi-res file transmissions (FTP, servers, etc.), file naming conventions and database reporting preferred.
• Photo editing, digital design or library science experience is preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable in digital space: previous experience: in a DAM (Digital Asset Management system), Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator strongly preferred.
• Required strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work well within a team, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and good follow-through are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard office tools is required.
 
Working Conditions
General office environment. Willingness and ability to work on site. Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Requires some lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds. Must be able to move between buildings and floors. Must be able to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment, such as a printer or copy machine, for an extensive period of time each day. Must be able to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets. Must be able to move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies, as needed. Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels on a daily basis.

Base Pay Range Per Hour: $16.98 - $30.37 / hour
Individual compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, work location and shift, and will increase over time based on meeting performance and business needs.
