The Role

We are looking for a passionate Team Assistant to join a talented EU Marketing team. 

What You'll Do

• Support the European Marketing team on general administration tasks
• Manage the process for 2x weekly emails to sales
• Manage weekly and monthly team meetings
• Diary management for planning calls
• Budget management
• Updating the EU Company Overview
• Liaising with external agencies
• Supporting small and large events including Veeva Summits for both EU and NA, as well Field Kick Off
• Assisting in recruiting when required
• Inventory management

Requirements

• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment!
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
• Strong attention to detail
• Experienced with MS Office & Google Suite
• Native-level English
• Experience with Coupa or other expense management software

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo
