Summary
The Q Team Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a dynamic work environment of highly productive creative and operational resources. The team is tasked with delivering expedited marketing and advertising assets for resources across the organization in accordance with brand standards and established SLAs. Along with day-to-day demands for brand and LOB support, the leader and team will be tasked with identifying and possibly leading automation of marketing requests to modernize and evolve our offering such as self-serve and personalized/distributed offerings.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead a dynamic work environment designed to expedite marketing and advertising requests.
- Possess a deep understanding of a wide range of marketing and advertising channels.
- Ability to oversee multiple and wide variety of marketing and advertising requests at once.
- Prioritizes work of her team and support areas.
- Ability to negotiate request terms including delivery dates, optimization to brand standards and/or outside capacity/skillset of the team.
- Establishes SLAs for type of work supported by Q Team, turnaround times and quality of work.
- Oversees work to ensure execution in alignment with brand standards, SLAs, legal and compliance requirements and general details of a specific job requests.
- Ensures quality execution of final product and overall experience for the requester and team members.
- Identifies process optimization opportunities including new skill sets and areas ideal for automation.
- Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with others to ensure work is delivered on time and within standards. Cross-functional partners might include Integrated Marketing Leads, Regional Marketing Leads, Creative Director, Marketing Ops Manager and Community Relations Representatives to ensure work is delivered on time and within standards.
Qualifications Include
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, higher level degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years demonstrated marketing experience
- Banking / financial services experience a plus
Experience, Skills and Competencies:
- Experience leading and managing marketing efforts in a variety of advertising platforms
- Experience leading and supervising the work of marketing professionals including creative, planners, web teams and marketing operations.
- Experience partnering with marketing professionals including web teams and marketing operations; and across the organization with Community Relations, Corporate Communications and LOB requesters.
