Job Summary

The Marketing Technical Specialist helps bridge the gap between the marketing team and the technology team by providing strategic leadership, technical skill, and high levels of communication. Helping to drive technology strategy and ensure projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with both internal and external clients regarding priorities, marketing campaigns, and activities
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions for our clients
• Strategize and lead marketing technology projects including software selection, marketing tool integrations, automation, AI, and more
• Serve as the strategist for our internal CRM (Salesforce) team
• Diagnose and identify barriers to success and implement solutions to achieve client satisfaction

Knowledge / Skills

• Bachelor degree and 7+ years in marketing and marketing technology, agency experience highly preferred
• Experience leading large technical projects including website development, CRM builds, data migration, marketing automation, and more
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, effective utilization of Google Suite, and project management software, and Apple hardware

Additional Information

• The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business and this role is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed

• This position can be remote, however, local to Nashville, TN is preferred. Anyone remote must be willing and able to travel to the home office monthly as needed in addition to events.

• PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met
