Marketing Technologist

The Opportunity
The Marketing Technologist role will manage all technical aspects of Workhuman's Marketing Technology stack. This will include platform and user maintenance, integration management and creation, security and data reviews, and Business Continuity planning in accordance with InfoSec and ISO27001 guidelines. The Marketing Technologist will also be responsible for the evaluation, onboarding and integration of all new technologies in the Marketing ecosystem while also maintaining the tactical and directional overview of Workhuman's MarTech stack to ensure alignment with the departmental, and company vision.

• A detail-oriented technology management style that contributes to the evaluation of new and existing applications.

• A collaborative approach to platform management, including strong interpersonal skills and the ability to report and present to Workhuman leadership.
• An innovative view on data flow and data management, in collaboration with Workhuman's Marketing and Data teams.

Achievements:

• You have built and managed platform integrations.

• You have been involved in the evaluation of a departmental technology stack.
• You have participated in User access control and industry-standard security evaluation/upkeep.
• You have managed ROI forecasting and reporting in relation to an evolving technology stack.
