Webstacks is looking for a HubSpot Marketing Technologist to work closely with client stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to understand strategic revenue drivers, identify CRM strategies, and track key performance indicators. This role will focus heavily on the strategic implementation of HubSpot.
As a technologist, you will play a key role in client retention and satisfaction by influencing client decisions and making sound recommendations to maximize business results.

Every day is different, but it may include:
- Independently discover the needs/pain points of your HubSpot client and provide use case-specific implementations and/or guidance
- Establish and/or manage the lead flows between marketing and sales including tagging, scoring, and routing
- Manage marketing databases, including data integrity, enrichment, and a targeting/segmentation approach; implement an ongoing data hygiene strategy
- Implement processes and system changes to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other requirements
- Build and maintain best-practice templates for ease of use and streamlining of builds for emails, forms, landing pages, and segments
- Function as the key liaison between your clients’ marketing, sales, and customer service/success teams, to ensure all teams are aware (and have buy-in) of lead management, capture, and flow requirements and processes
- Provide technical support and guidance for HubSpot’s platform and 3rd party integration tools (Salesforce, Shopify, Calendly, Monday.com, etc.)
- Train and empower clients to effectively utilize HubSpot tools
- Understand and interpret essential marketing, sales, and success metrics
- Participate in brainstorming, team activities (in person and/or remote), and staff meetings
We are looking for people who:
- 3+ years of experience working within HubSpot (or 5+ years of experience working within another MarTech/CRM Platform like Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, etc.)
- Project management experience and time-management skills for successfully navigating time-sensitive projects
- Familiarity with project management software (JIRA, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong verbal & written communication skills - you’ll be the expert in the room with your clients
- Analytical thinker that asks thoughtful questions and identifies project roadblocks
- Ability to take direction and independently execute while asking for guidance when needed
- Eager to learn, expand their skill set, and grow within the organization
- Creative, self-motivated, and excited to be a part of a high-performance team
- Highly organized, & detail-oriented individual

Salary:
- 65k-80k Depending on Experience
