Gartner Digital Markets comprises the three leading B2B software search websites - Capterra, GetApp, and Software Advice. Together, we're the top destination for software buyers to discover, research, and ultimately connect with the best software service for their needs

Software vendors use our sites to connect with these audiences and gain insights into buyer behavior to optimize their marketing, improve sales conversion, and manage their brand.

What You Will Do:

  • Extensive calendar management including prioritizing and scheduling meeting requests, scheduling conference calls and updating daily schedule as needed to accommodate last minute changes.
  • Create and manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Plan team meetings and events including international travel for team members.
  • Project manage critical division-wide meetings/events and other activities that improve processes and morale, supporting our culture.
  • Prepare presentations for team meetings and executive leadership meetings
  • Ability to take thorough and accurate meeting minutes and translate to a consumable format for distribution
  • Act as the interface with internal systems to manage day to day activities such as input of performance objectives and other data, review of procurement requests, etc.
  • Process and review Purchase Orders and T&E submissions
  • Provide screening, fielding and prioritizing of inbound communications via telephone, mail and e-mail to resolve critical issues in a timely manner.

  • Discretion -- You must demonstrate confidentiality in all business relationships
  • Proactivity and creativity. You always think ahead and plan for things others often overlook. You have a can-do attitude that spots issues and creates solutions.
  • Confidence and comfort dealing with multiple personality types across many geographic and professional cultures
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, GSuite and Excel
  • Ability to travel, domestically and internationally, if required
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting a senior level executive a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree required
