Position Summary:

The Marketing Technology Manager, working in conjunction with the Senior Marketing Technology & Operations Manager, administers the firm's marketing technology stack; researches and implements new applications and methodology to support the firm's marketing and business development activities. This position provides technical maintenance of the Firm's websites, blogs, and related technologies with a focus on user experience, search engine optimization (SEO), front-end development and manage compliance and data privacy requirements in each configuration. The Marketing Technology Manager assists in the seamless integration between the website and other digital assets, marketing automation (Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce) to allow for lead generation and opportunity creation.

As Marketing Technology Manager, you will:

  • Collect and prioritize digital business requirements from internal stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain best in class strategies for the Firm website and promote online presence by managing website designs and redesign projects
  • Administer the Firm's website content management system (CMS) including technical troubleshooting, information architecture management, template creation, design updates, and any maintenance required to optimize site performance
  • Provide group and individual CMS training and proactively work with departments to assure the website meets their needs
  • Evaluate site and campaign performance by collecting and evaluating insights gleaned from analytics tools and create presentation dashboards that are centrally available to broader team
  • Collaborate on and coordinate social and mobile strategies across the marketing team
  • Monitor and report on conversion rates and make recommendations to meet goals
  • Conduct routine tests and optimize user experience based on industry best practice
  • Optimize multimedia components and provide guidance on best practices
  • Audit and prepare reports on the marketing technology stack to identify KPIs, gaps, and potential enhancements
  • Manage governance, promotion, and adoption of marketing technology tools, including developing and maintaining training documentation


Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least five (5) years of related work experience
  • Experience with web development, including PHP, HTML, and MySQL
  • Experience with CMS, including Wordpress
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, including Eloqua
  • Experience with CRM platforms, including Salesforce
  • Experience with Power BI or Google Data Studio
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Advanced knowledge of website best practices, social and mobile platforms, innovative tactics, and measurement tools
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize competing responsibilities
