CLA, one of the nation's largest public accounting and professional services firm is currently seeking a Marketing Technology Manager for our Team.
Summary
The Marketing Technology Manager brings their understanding of Marketing processes, technology and data to help optimize and expand our existing and future technology stack, processes and people. The manager brings in extensive knowledge and use of Dynamics as a CRM platform along with experience with enhancing functionality through familiarity and use of Microsoft's Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse to drive marketing automation and extend CLA back-office functionality. Finally, the manager is responsible for managing and mentoring staff in the use of marketing technology and data.
Essential Job Functions
The below functions reflect the general details of the essential work activities and accountabilities of this position and are not all inclusive. Other activities may be assigned.
• Own processes driven and dependent on the CLA marketing technology stack, including support, maintenance, documentation, enablement, and enhancements. This includes marketing data strategy, enrichment, standardization, and data integration
• Assist the Marketing team in developing a roadmap. Once created, drive execution, validating the expected value and adjusting as needed to drive the proper business outcomes
• Work with marketing and back-office stakeholders to find/refine opportunities for improvement to grow pipeline and scale efficiencies. This could include business cases for new technology, optimizing existing processes, supporting new features and functionality, and ensuring data is captured and accessible for application and analytical needs
• Assist with the development of marketing analytics, including KPIs
• Act as a change agent by identifying and implementing appropriate improvements ensuring processes are automated and can scale at an enterprise level. This also includes staying current with technology and digital marketing trends
Requirements
Experience
• Five years of experience with CRM systems is required, MS Dynamics experience preferred. Three plus years in an administrative role.
• Understanding of crucial marketing technologies such as content and digital asset management, customer data platforms, customer experience management system, etc.
• Experience leading/contributing to marketing automation projects for multiple businesses within a single instance marketing technology platform.
• Experience with implementing third-party integrations into and out of the marketing technology stack.
• Solid understanding of MS Power Platform and Dataverse in support of Dynamics and as a standalone platform.
• Experience with analytics and reporting through built-in reporting engines or third-party tools such as Microsoft's Power BI.
• Outstanding written and verbal skills.
• Familiar with concepts such as agile development, design-thinking, customer experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in Information Technology or another related field is preferred.
Combination of education, training and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Travel Requirements
This position requires frequent local travel to/from client sites and may require occasional non-local or overnight travel for client visits, training, meetings and/or other business-related purposes.
