We’re looking for an accomplished marketing technologist who is passionate about the impact marketing technology (MarTech) and marketing operations have on a marketing organization and for a company. The ideal candidate is looking for a career growth opportunity to strategically partner internally with the marketing, operations, and sales organizations. You will be the subject matter expert in our Marketing Technology stack to train others, optimize/ scale the technologies, and lead their usage. You’ll drive a proactive MarTech plan to grow and optimize our systems with the business. You’ll handle contract renewals, set up and troubleshoot integrations, and be the go-to resource for MarTech performance.
As a Marketing Operations & Technology Manager you will:- Strategically partner with internal stakeholders as the MarTech subject matter expert, routinely auditing, optimizing, and managing the technology
- Build a roadmap for the continued evolution of the marketing tech stack
- Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and GTM Systems to ensure complete coverage of tech needs
- Look across the business for potential areas of tech consolidation and optimization
- Partner tightly with marketers to ensure that they have the right tools to achieve their goals
- Train marketers to effectively use the MarTech stack to support their strategy
- Maintain and build documentation supporting our MarTech needs and benefits
You'll be an excellent addition to the team if you have:
- Experience driving MarTech strategy and aligning technology to functional goals
- Worked with internal teams and cross-functional partners to optimize the tech stack
- 2+ years working with marketing technology supporting key tools like Tableau, 6sense, Intercom, On24, ZoomInfo, Sanity, Alyce, tray.io, etc.
- Highly proficient in marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Working knowledge of project management software (Wrike, Jira, and/or Smartsheet)
- Strong critical thinking skills, ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
