About the role

LifeMD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MarTech Specialist to join our team. As a MarTech Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and optimizing our marketing technology stack and ensuring that our digital marketing efforts are efficient, effective, and on-target.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Google Tag Manager (GTM) pixel management for various paid media tracking sources and other pixel/postback events for one of our Brands
  • Work closely with our Marketing/Acquisition team in getting pixels/systems configured
  • Oversee our ESP systems such as Braze, Klaviyo, Twilio
  • Perform technical reviews of marketing technology products
  • Create standard operating procedures and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
  • Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for application structure, support, and practice development efforts
  • Train & support marketing teams on using MarTech related products, such as Braze
  • Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and "how-to" assistance
  • Keep up-to-date with tools and technologies for marketing automation

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a dev-marketing or MarTech role
  • 4+ years of experience with digital marketing for e-commerce or SaaS brands
  • Expert experience in at least 2 E-commerce or Marketing/CRM systems
  • Proficient with HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
  • Experience with split testing platforms such as google optimize, optimizely, vwo, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze issues from multiple perspectives and derive pragmatic and comprehensive solutions to problems in sometimes an ambiguous environment
  • Team player who can communicate effectively, bringing forth ideas, plans, and strategies to other stakeholders
  • Able to work highly independently and demonstrate excellent project management skills
