Are you the type of person that loves CRM tools, workflows, and data? We are looking for you! 

If you are tech-savvy and have experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or SalesLoft, we are seeking to hire a talented individual who can join our team.

At Reliant, we realize without good data, integrated systems, and solid reporting, we’ll be working in the Stone Age. We are trying to use automation, tools, and data to our advantage; and that’s why we need you to join our team. We’ve invested heavily in Salesforce, HubSpot, and SalesLoft - but there is a problem; we are not getting the most out of these systems.

We are looking for someone who has a natural ability and a #CanDo mentality, to apply your expertise to many interesting problems. You’ll have regular exposure to the executive team and have the authority to make decisions to drive our business forward. 

Here is what the role will look like:

• You’ll be the expert, trainer, and go-to person for all our sales and marketing tools.
• You’ll optimize Salesforce to work properly with HubSpot and SalesLoft.
• You’ll manage roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
• You’ll ensure our data is as clean as possible: adding, removing, deduping, and enhancing data. 
• You’ll build reports and dashboards to help us understand and see our business.

What Will Make You Successful Within This Role:

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce and HubSpot administrator
• Deep knowledge and experience with customer databases and database marketing tactics
• A person who loves to simplify the complex and train others.
• Exceptional ability to create and maintain various customer databases
• Strong verbal & written communication skills are required
• An Excel wizard. vLookups anyone?
• A person who holds themselves to high standards in a face-paced culture.
• Develop best-in-class processes, share them with the sales team, and then document them for future guidance.
