Marketing Technology Specialist, Data & Analytics (MarTech) - Remote
Job Description
Amazing opportunity to join the Marketing Technology (MarTech) Center of Excellence within Marketing at Cigna, and continue your journey on the cutting-edge of marketing & technology. Our Marketing Technology Specialists report to our Head of MarTech, and help our Marketers across the company reach the right people on the right channel with the right content at the right time - and help them measure the effectiveness. We do this by finding, connecting & tuning the best MarTech.
Responsibilities
- Improve existing technologies in our MarTech stack to maximize our return on investment
- Find new technologies for our MarTech stack where there are gaps
- Configure integrations to connect our MarTech together
- Partner with Marketers to document requirements and desired process/workflow, then configure MarTech accordingly
- Train our stakeholders on existing and new MarTech
- Align with Technology department to constantly improve and make the best decisions
Qualifications
- B.S. in Marketing Technology or Digital Marketing;
- 2-5+ years of relevant experience
- Exposure to MarTech areas such content management, marketing automation, customer relationship management/customer data, social media management, digital asset management, personalization or account-based marketing
- Meticulous about keeping data organized and clean, and having a "single source of truth"
- Analytical mindset that uses data and a return-on-investment approach for decision-making (i.e., prioritizing work that will have the greatest impact on the business)
- Great passion for innovation, industry trends and emerging technologies (automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc)
- Always curious, with a knack for solving problems
- Ability to understand the complexity, yet communicate it simply so that everyone can understand
- Enjoys working with people to share expertise (onboarding, training, best practices, guidance, etc)
- Passion for continuing to disrupt the healthcare industry to create better health for everyone
- Thrives working remote with moderate supervision
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
