As a Marketing Traffic Controller, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. The role is responsible for ensuring that marketing projects are completed efficiently. effectively, within their specified timelines, quality standards, and scope.
What you'll do...

• Own the coordination, scheduling, monitoring, and resource allocation for 2023 marketing roadmap projects and programs
• Maintain the integrity of marketing's project management platform and build dashboards that monitor marketing projects performance
• Manage the intake, disposition, scheduling, and stakeholder communication for all marketing requests
• Monitors & enforces internal processes for efficiency and validity at all phases of project execution
• Provide general support to the marketing team, with a high attention, and be ready to provide assistance to any marketing function as needed; whether it be technical, creative, or operational
• Participate in strategic conversations around how to improve the effectiveness in the departments execution of marketing initiatives
• Own the maintenance and organization of all marketing artifacts

Requirements
What you offer us...

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• 2-5+ years of relevant experience in a a marketing role
• Experience successfully managing several projects from start to finish
• Preferred: Experience in strategic planning and implementation
• Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
• Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirement
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to be proactive, with a sense of urgency
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate technical documentation
• Ability work in a fast-paced environment that is continuously changing

• Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $60,000 to $65,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
