Marketing Traffic Coordinator Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Traffic Coordinator will collaborate closely with teams such as client services, creative, and strategy, taking ownership of contract profitability, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring clear communication of responsibilities across all team members.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

- Drive contract profitability by efficiently coordinating marketing projects from conception to completion.

- Collaborate with various teams, including client services, creative, and strategy, to optimize project execution.

- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to profitability targets.

Traffic Management:

- Collaborate effectively with the client services team to align on project goals and objectives.

- Take ownership of contract profitability, making strategic decisions to ensure project success.

- Prioritize and schedule tasks to maintain project timelines and meet profitability goals.

- Monitor and communicate project status, identifying and resolving potential roadblocks promptly.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Foster effective communication between cross-functional teams, particularly with client services, creative, and strategy, to ensure clarity on responsibilities.

- Provide regular updates on project progress, emphasizing profitability metrics and addressing any issues that may impact timelines.

Data Management:

- Maintain organized records of marketing assets, including images, videos, and promotional materials.

- Utilize project management tools and systems to track and document project details, emphasizing profitability metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Traffic Coordinator or in a similar role within marketing.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in project management tools and software.

- Knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus.

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
