Location Requirements: This role is Hybrid to one of our offices: Austin, Naperville or Wayne.

The full-stack developer will increase the amazingness of an already amazing in-house Digital Team committed to championing the Frontline brand through creative leadership, extraordinary development skills,and a little awesome sauce. In this role, you will leverage your creativity, ambition, collaboration to increase design productivityandquality. This role is an opportunity to translate business needs into engaging digital experiences for other real people - in our case, K-12 education leaders.

This positionwill report to our Digital Strategy Manager on our amazing in-house Digital Team in supportofa strategy of engaging ourmarket throughcompelling brand experiences.You'll work closely with fellow developer, designers andcopywriters tocraftdigitaljourneys thatdelight users, generate demand for our software, andultimately drivemeasurable business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with demand gen, product marketing and creative teams to implement new functionality to increase web traffic and provide the best online experience for digital campaigns.
  • Develop designs from conceptual mockups to finalized experiences across multiple sites, from web pages and landing pages towebads and other digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our SEO specialist to produce innovative, fresh, and effective creative solutionsto Marketing communication challenges,as well as ensure the highest qualityuser experience and improve search engine rankings.
  • Maintain visual brand consistency while building front-end applications with appealing visual design.
  • Maintain current and new website(s), updating plugins, implementing, and documenting best practice web environments and workflows for the web and digital team.
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and maintain backups and site security and data protection.
  • Develop a culture of testing, ensure responsiveness and efficiency of sites.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade code as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in full-stack developer role or similar
  • Degree in a related computer science, related field, or similar experience
  • Expert knowledgeofAdobeCreative Cloud
  • Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skillsand related frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
  • Proficiency inWordpress
  • Experience building a site with the following technologies: JS/jQuery, PHP, SQL, WordPress (Gutenberg blocks and ACF a plus)
  • Understanding of usability principles and responsive development, especially experience with optimizing for Core Web Vitals
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization and a/b testing principles for web
  • Strong communication,collaboration,andtime management skills,whether in-person or virtually
