Responsibilities: · Lead strategic marketing initiatives and brand development. · Execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns. · Manage website, SEO, email marketing, and social media. · Identify new business opportunities and partnerships. · Support sales teams with marketing collateral and presentations. · Represent the company at trade shows and industry events. · Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams. Qualifications: · 8+ years in marketing/business development (preferably in manufacturing or safety tools). · Strong leadership and project management skills. · Experience with digital marketing platforms and CRM tools. · Excellent communication and analytical abilities. Preferred Skills: · B2B marketing and distributor relationship experience. · Technical product marketing knowledge. · Basic design/content creation skills.
