Marketo Product Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for managing the Marketing Automation solution including roadmap, adoption, and value creation as well as the administration and support activities for the Marketo Marketing Automation system at Henry Schein. The Marketing Automation Product Owner is responsible for increasing the Henry Schein go-to-market capabilities and aligning related solutions to deliver an integrated customer experience. The Marketing Automation Product Owner will also provide support for integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units at Henry Schein.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product Roadmap - Define and prioritize enhancements to the Marketo platform based on global needs and business priorities.
• Include related systems in Marketo product roadmap planning to ensure ongoing capabilities are prioritized appropriately to remain in sync.
• Lead efforts to support integrated, targeted journey-based marketing automation efforts across multiple systems including Marketo and Salesforce.
• Manage Delegated Environment - Provide central coordination, administration, and support for delegated users around the world.
• Manage internal and external support relationships to ensure optimal campaign execution for the North America Distribution Group.
• Manage relationship with platform provider for day-to-day business operations.
• Manage and provision user licenses and permissions.
• Coordinate with IT for ongoing system support and enhancements.
• Serve as the business lead for system and data integrations with Marketo.
• Develop business requirements document for Marketing Automation enhancement initiatives, soliciting input from key stakeholders.
• Create and govern archive and records-retention policies in accordance with Henry Schein compliance standards in each market.
• Training - Provide new user onboarding, and refresher training on the Marketo tool to users across Henry Schein.
• Consistency and re-usability ensure that the Marketo capabilities are managed as a shared service for Henry Schein.
• Create a community of delegated Marketo users, and share updates on outages, maintenance, upgrades, and newly introduced features and functionality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with Marketo regarding support issues.
• Identify and share best practices across the community of delegated users.
• Help Desk - provide "help desk" style support to the community of delegated Marketo users.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Deep knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems
• Direct experience with Marketo is required
• Marketo Certified Expert is strongly preferred
• Service Model administration.
• Product Roadmap development
• Systems Training
• Web Analytics - reporting and analysis

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 8 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands are required.

The posted range for this position is $95,990-167,983 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
