Marketplace Account Support Specialist
Job Description
At AM PM, we specialize in creating high-quality bathroom products designed for modern living. As we continue to grow and reach new goals, we’re looking for professionals in E-commerce to join our team!
- Updating and maintaining listings: making changes to descriptions, images, keywords, and rich content as directed by the manager.
- Setting up and managing advertising campaigns: adjusting keywords, bids, and budgets based on manager’s guidance, with daily monitoring of campaign effectiveness.
- Monitoring and managing reviews: responding to customer feedback, improving product ratings by promptly addressing reviews and enhancing service quality.
- Handling returns: analyzing reasons for returns, preparing reports, and providing suggestions for product or service improvements to the manager.
- Stock management: coordinating shipments to FBA warehouses, monitoring stock levels, and informing the manager about the need for restocking.
- Adjusting prices and conducting competitor price analysis upon manager’s request.
- Preparing data and analytical reports for assessing competitiveness in pricing and assortment.
- Resolving customer support cases: responding to inquiries about shipping, reviews, and technical issues on the platform.
- Overseeing order shipping from in-house fulfillment (3PL warehouse): coordinating timely shipments and logistics processes with the warehouse.
- Tracking advertising and operational expenses, preparing reports for submission to the manager.
- Experience with marketplaces is a strong advantage.
- High proficiency in Excel (data analysis, conditional formatting, pivot tables) and strong analytical skills.
- Experience in purchasing and inventory management (inventory analysis, restocking, pricing) or experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Knowledge of Russian or German is an advantage.
