The Marketplace Growth team is the strategy arm of the Impact.com team. We use analytics and experimentation to provide business critical insights to the Impact.com teams. We ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution and help drive key company level initiatives forward. We do this by aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

What you will be doing:
  • Set and drive the vision, strategy, and tactics with the Impact marketplace, customer success, influencer and supply side leadership teams
  • Lead the team that owns mid and long-tail acquisition initiatives to deliver GTV results
  • Lead the team that owns product engagement and growth to deliver GTV results
  • Lead the team that owns the self-service product growth
  • Work with Customer Success, Publisher Development, Publisher Acquisition, Data Science and Analytics, and Business Operations teams
  • Support and drive holistic growth-focused initiatives for our customers
  • Participate in weekly business reviews to drive productive partnerships 
  • Work on our quarterly business reviews to highlight successes and failures, to help redeploy resource initiatives with higher priorities 
  • Work with the broader leadership team on OKRs; help represent the voice of EMEA and APAC leadership at business reviews. Connect the department OKRs to individual goals

    Salary range: $195,000-$250,000 per year, plus eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant and additional variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance.
