Marketplace Integration Specialist

Job Summary: 

The Marketplace Integration Specialist will manage the execution of new marketplace integrations and optimization of existing channels connected through Channeladvisor. This role requires understanding of backend systems, databases and API as well as basic coding. Project management is critical in this role to ensure accuracy and meeting business objectives all while adhering to the given timelines. 

Job Expectations:

• Master all ChannelAdvisor functions and operations, owning software maintenance and updates ensuring all marketplace integrations are synced and functioning properly

  • Audit platform daily for new updates and errors

  • Ensure feeds are properly synced and updating into each marketplace

  • Identity errors causing multiple listing issues and create batch fixes

• Lead all new 3rd party marketplace integrations

• Identify and implement process improvements to become more efficient and productive

• Partner cross functionally with IT and marketplace team members to ensure updates are communicated in a timely manner and all stakeholders are working to meet timeline goals

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Develop clear project plans including timelines and deliverables

Equipment Knowledge:

• Is there any equipment/software that is a must to know

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience within a digital/ecommerce retail environment or data systems role

• System knowledge in e-commerce platforms 

• Experience with Multichannel Commerce Solutions a plus (ex. ChannelAdvisor, Zentail)

• Understanding and knowledge of basic coding syntax, languages, and tools - HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, .liquid, git.

• Comprehensive understanding of integrations (backend systems, databases and APIs)

• Product feed management & optimization experience

• Previous experience launching in new marketplaces a plus

Education Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
