In this role, you will take ownership of a fast-growing multi-channel e-commerce catalog, driving performance, consistency, and scalability across major online marketplaces. You will lead merchandising strategy, optimize pricing, and ensure high-quality product listings that enhance customer experience and conversion rates. Working at the intersection of analytics, operations, and leadership, you’ll guide a team while implementing efficient workflows and performance standards. Accountabilities:
- Oversee the performance and quality of product listings across multiple marketplaces, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Analyze competitor positioning and optimize pricing, shipping, and promotional strategies to remain competitive while protecting margins
- Define and execute merchandising strategies, including discounts, campaigns, and seasonal promotions
- Lead and manage a team, setting clear priorities, workflows, and execution plans to ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and visibility, and implement improvement plans
- Evaluate and prioritize new product onboarding based on demand potential, operational feasibility, and competitive landscape
- Continuously improve processes, workflows, and quality standards to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Proven experience in multi-channel e-commerce or marketplace management (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart)
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and merchandising best practices
- Experience managing product catalogs, listings, and performance analytics
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience with workflow or ticketing systems to manage execution efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and drive decisions
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control and continuous improvement
