The Marketplace Trust team is responsible for mitigating content and abuse-related risks to Poshmark with a scope that falls under five main areas: Content Policy, Intellectual Property Operations, Prohibited Content, Scaled Abuse, and User Safety. 

As a Patrol Associate, Marketplace Trust, you will review and make judgements related to user-generated content. Patrol Associates preserve quality and trust in Poshmark’s user experiences by preventing community exposure to potentially violating content and other forms of inauthentic behavior. 

This is an entry level position intended for freshers interested in task-based work.

**Candidates must be working on Sunday - Thursday shift

Responsibilities:

• Following standardized workflows for reviewing user-generated content including images and text. Please note this role may involve occasionally viewing offensive or objectionable content.

• Evaluating multiple complex attributes to successfully identify fraudulent listings and suspicious behaviors, and taking appropriate steps to remove the user or their content if necessary. 

• Building and maintaining knowledge and understanding of new and evolving fraud trends as well as Poshmark’s content policies.

• Independently handling daily assigned tasks while consistently meeting productivity and quality expectations.

• Participating in all required training and coaching sessions including providing feedback to management concerning potential areas of improvement.

• Other duties as assigned.
