Who are we looking for
We are looking for a Consumer Moments Manager in the Digital Marketplace Operations (MPO) team. The role reports into the MPO Digital Operations Director and is focused on readiness - including the strategy 6 months to 1.5 year out - and execution of large consumer moments and high heat Launches across the Digital Supply Chain and Logistics ecosystem. The candidate needs to have excellent communication and influencing skills, able to drive effective decision making across the supply chain in a matrix environment. As well as represent the consumer voice in the supply chain when developing the plans for the consumer moment.
We are looking for a leader who excels at tactical supply chain management as well as crafting strategic priorities in our quest to always be on the offense.
What you will work on
- Ensuring that Digital supply chain is set up for success to deliver the most important Consumer Moments during the year, including our largest moments of Back to School and Holiday
- Define and ensure operational readiness for each Launch moment including our key style, high heat and collaborator events
- Lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving the operational efficiency of for each launch moment, improve systems architecture and DC operations specific to Launch
- Lead and manage a team of Marketplace Operations Process Leads and a Consumer Moments Program Manager
- Partner cross functionally with omni-channel supply chain teammates and NDDC commercial stakeholders on end to end peak and Launch moment readiness
- Network wide Launch related inventory management
- Manage omni-channel and Digital focused forums to drive alignment and risk mitigation around network health and peak execution
- Continue to refine the robust communication strategy across working teams and senior leadership
What you bring to Nike
- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, experience and training
- 5+ years direct meaningful work experience
- Progressive process and operational responsibility in Supply Chain, Project Management, or Process Improvement.
- Experience building effective teams, influencing others and communicating effectively cross functionally
- Advanced supply chain knowledge, Omni-channel thinking & Digital knowledge, and strategic planning/forecasting
- Displayed continuous improvement and growth mindset
