Position Overview:

We're seeking for a data-savvy and inquisitive professional who is not afraid of hard work. As a Marketplace Associate you will be an important part of a key team at the company you will be diving deep into data analysis and market research identifying new opportunities and optimizing processes for our global platform. You'll be on the front lines of enabling seamless P2P transactions in over 100 countries with 400+ payment methods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Become a marketplace expert. Dive deep into the dynamics of crypto and fiat P2P transactions analyzing trends tracking prices performance and identifying emerging opportunities.

- Go beyond the numbers. Understand both clients and cashiers their behavior and patterns your insights will directly influence our platform's performance and growth.

- Network with key players. Connect with power users in each market and payment method interview survey inquire be one of them.

- Conduct market research. Investigate and discover new markets and payment methods. Benchmark industry best practices to optimize our platform's competitive advantage.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transactions and marketplace performance.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal documentation and training materials for marketplace operations.

- Identify report and help to mitigate potential risks associated with P2P transactions such as fraud and money laundering.

Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new marketplace features product requests promotions or campaigns.

Experience skills & stack required:

- Bachelor's in Business Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or market research related roles.

- Strong SQL proficiency.

- Strong analytical and data-driven attitude.

- Startup mindset embracing experimentation iteration and proactiveness making the most of limited resources.

- Fluent in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus (e.g. Spanish Portuguese).

- Ability to present complex data insights in a clear and compelling way using tools like Tableau.

- Knowledge of P2P platforms and fintech trends.

- Familiarity with digital currencies cryptocurrencies and financial technology.

- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python for data analysis and automation.

- Strong team work abilities and cross-functional communication skills.
