The Role:

Medely is looking for a Marketplace Recruiting Operations Analyst! The Marketplace Recruiting Operations team which is responsible for onboarding, credentialing, and maintaining high-quality healthcare professionals needs someone who can take the internal processes, systems, as well as analytics to the next level to drive the extremely fast growth of our professional network. We operate similarly to a Revenue Operations team but with a focus on building and maintaining a healthy and thriving marketplace.

We’re seeking an operations analyst with a passion for driving efficiency and revenue through improved processes and cross-functional communication. The ideal candidate will be confident using data to drive recommendations and happy in an evolving position.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Work closely with the Sr. Marketplace Recruitment Operations & Pricing Team, acquiring an understanding of our manual processes around Pricing and Rates for our Facilities.

  • Document and articulate processes that can be automated or improved through product or data/reporting improvements, working cross-functionally with our Product and Business Intelligence teams. 

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketplace Operations to streamline and execute processes around pricing and rates for our facilities, working directly with our Sales and Account Management teams to understand needs.

  • Assist in conducting regular deep dives and analyses to enable the leadership team to make fast decisions.

  • Work closely with Rev Ops and Enablement to keep customer-facing teams educated on rates and pricing

  • Build new or uplevel existing internal processes and systems to enable our teams to work efficiently, leveraging technology to scale

  • Establish subject-matter-expert level knowledge of the job functions and business processes across the Clinical Operations organization while identifying and prioritizing opportunities to add efficiencies to these processes

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions considering current and anticipating future needs 

  • Partner with Product and Business Operations to align on solutions that consider existing tools, data access, and in-app possibilities

  • Recommend the best technology, considering both internal and external options, to implement solutions

  • Negotiate with external vendors and manage vendor relationships

  • Lead all phases of implementation including requirement gathering, installation, configuration, customization, testing, running, systems integrations, user training, delivery, enhancements

  • Protect the efficiency of the Clinical Operations teams while transitioning to new and/or enhanced internal processes 

  • Drive engagement to optimize the success of the systems

  • Maintain a comprehensive view of Clinical Operations and cross-departmental internal systems and act quickly when there is an opportunity or need to make

  • Take on any ad hoc Operations Projects that come as business needs change.

Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of experience in the following areas: Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and/or Recruiting Operations Team

  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

  • Microsoft Excel + Google Suite Proficiency

  • Extremely organized and process-driven 

  • Strong Analytical Background

  • Tableau Experience Preferred

  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and agile environment

  • Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge is a plus but not required
