Marketplace Specialist
Job Description
Jockey is looking for a Marketplace Specialist for their corporate office in the greater Milwaukee area!

The Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for maintaining product data across all marketplaces worldwide.
The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining compliance and addressing any issues that may arise on any of the global marketplaces Jockey sells on. They will also be responsible for understanding and preparing our item data for any new marketplaces Jockey may list on in the future. The specialist will also assist the Sr Director of Marketplaces with reporting and analysis to maximize sales worldwide.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces.
- Be the first point of contact for issue resolution for all Global Marketplaces
- Optimize products to e-commerce marketplace channels such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
- Monitor competitive listings and product pricing on all marketplaces.
- Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed.
- Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales.
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and keyword expansion for clients
- Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 year degree in Ecommerce or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience working directly with a marketplace organization preferred.
- Detail orientated and driven to achieve results.
- Good written and oral communication skills, organizational and time management skills.
