Martech Analyst

We are looking for an experienced marketing technology manager with deep knowledge in building and maintaining the tech stack for performance marketing based companies.

ReverseTech is a multi brand company with an ad budget of >$40M across the major ad platforms. We acquire users exclusively on web via our acquisition funnel. Attribution and managing our acquisition cost is the heart of our company. We have a world class marketing team supported by our tech team that builds custom solutions to optimize our conversion rate through our acquisition funnel.

We are looking for a martech expert who can be the interface between our marketing, our product and tech team.

• Ownership of our ad and conversion attribution on GTM and are responsible for monitoring, implementation, and maintenance of this stack
• Co-own our CDP (Segment) and help our product and marketing team to get the best out of our data by implementing best practices and controlling the quality of our data
• Help to set up advanced competitor research methodologies and bring deep insights into the tech that drives our competitors acquisition
• You work closely with the data team to ensure our event quality, out tagging and conversion attribution follows best practices
• You will enable the marketing team to find scalable solutions for our ad creatives and help bring marketing automation tools to our team
• You will work with our team to ensure our ads get served under privacy regulations in the regions we operate in

Requirements

• You have extensive experience and insights into performance marketing companies with high budgets for web acquisition
• Experience with GTM and Segment
• Mixpanel, Bigquery experience is a plus
• Worked closely with marketers to automate recurring tasks
• You have basic knowledge of APIs, SQL and experience with reading and understanding code
