Position Summary:

RPA/Power Automate Developer We are looking for a highly skilled Robotic Process Automation Developer who is comfortable with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate. responsible for design, build, and execute software robots or BOTs to work side by side with humans to increase the business performance of the process. The primary role of an RPA Developer is to investigate, analyze, and develop automation based on the business requirements. The successful candidate will understand business problems and design solutions, will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Utilize technology know-how to automate and simplify standard working processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

• 2+ years of experience with the required technologies
• Passion for client experience
• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent
• Critical thinker
• Adaptable to changes and business requirements.
• Open to work in US hours
• Blue Prism development/controller experience
• Office 365 Experience with focus on Power Automate Desktop and Flow along with API integrations
• Working experience of using SharePoint & Power Apps
• Ability to work with data - ETL and report would be a plus
• Added Advantage: Excel VBA Macros, VB .net, VB scripts

Excellent on Automation on Web based applications. Experience with creating custom connectors, workflows, and custom solutions for Power Automate. Experience with integrating Power Automate with various Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) and external systems (e.g., databases, APIs) to facilitate data exchange and enhance collaboration.
