Masker

Responsible for preparing parts for painting, and then unmasking of parts after painting is complete.

Prepare parts that are ready for masking (degrease, etc.)

• Mask parts ready for painting
• Unmask parts after painting
• Remove masking tape residue and deburr paint edges
• Touch-up paint and chromate areas after final op. is completed

Qualifications

Effective verbal and written communication skills

• 1-2 years experience in related work
• Knowledge of simple assembly operations
• Basic hand tools and knowledge of their use
• Basic blue print reading
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills
• Attentive to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Wear protective equipment as required
• Good eye-to-hand coordination
• Ability to see colors
