Job Description:

About the Role:

The Material Master Data Analyst position is responsible for supporting the daily operation of data management activities in a global operating model. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting material master data procedures as a subject matter expert, business data definitions, data validation rules, data standards, data pool publishing and maintenance, and service level agreements for the material master data domain.

Provides research, analytical, and reporting support for master data activities.

Performs the day-to-day activities of data synchronization and publication per GDSN and 1 World Sync processes and SLAs.

Supports the efforts to identify and correct data anomalies (e.g., assists with data profiling, including data gaps, incorrect usage, data out of range, invalid values, etc.).

Identify and help develop Master Data with outlined data definitions, data quality and SLA.

Strives to eliminate data-related problems by reducing ambiguity, establishing clear accountabilities, and disseminating data-related information to all data stakeholders (business units, data owners, stewards, etc.).

Supports global organization on data projects including reporting and application testing

About You:

You'll fit right in if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology or another related field preferred
• Experience with master data in an ERP system required; SAP preferred.
• 3+ years' experience with material master data preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service / IT, or related Business Field
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results
• Ability to communicate well to internal and external partners
• An understanding of the GS1 Standards and 1World Sync processes
