About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Master Data Management (MDM) Associate to support the company’s growing day to day needs around data management as well as expanding initiatives to enhance the customer experience of our data systems. This role will prioritize building Investment Supplemental Questionnaires (ISQs) which are critical to the investment process and supporting BAU data management tasks and ad hoc requests from internal and external clients. The ideal candidate is excited and invested in ensuring business and client expectations are met and even exceeded, is willing to share innovative ideas on how to improve existing processes and procedures, and embraces a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Build ISQs for clients using iCapital’s proprietary form builder system with critical attention to detail and ability to work within strict timelines.
- Work alongside colleagues across a variety of functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical data within iCapital’s Global Data Master (GDM), coordinate enhancement initiatives, and manage ad hoc projects related to data management.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and review legal documents for relevant data points to be entered into GDM.
- Prioritize multiple concurrent requests and requirements and communicate timelines to key stakeholders.
- Ideate innovative processes to enhance existing processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ experience in data and analytics or a related role in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Able to manage workload independently within a predetermined timeline and communicate quickly when an extension may be required
- Able to conduct thoughtful analysis of reporting, processes, and procedures, as well as raw data to assess accuracy and completeness to determine areas of improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building strong relationships with a proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
- History of teamwork; willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledgeable and skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with SQL is a plus
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
