Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Architect

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Master Data Management (MDM) solution Architect who’ll join our IBM Data & AI Software services organization the Technology Expert Labs in the beautiful city of Kraków Poland. We’re looking for a person with a passion to the world of databases large data transactions systems and mainframe computing. As individual contributor this position will work directly with cross functional teams product management support and engineering to build and transform data systems at big enterprise customers.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an MDM Solution Architect you would be responsible for:

• Working closely with client architects to implement best-of-class MDM solutions
• Actively participate in business requirements gathering sessions and understand client requirements
• Create present and get sign-offs for design documents and unit test scenarios
• Assist PM in planning and driving low level project tasks
• Mentor team of technical consultants and oversee their work items
• Create release documents and help build and deploy code across servers
• Create low level design documents and unit test cases
• Debug critical technical issues and provide prompt resolutions
• Highlight technical issues and challenges and propose creative solutions
• Train junior technical resources in MDM/Match360
