Responsibilities:

• Utilize a system focus to follow process change to improve the scalability of Master Data Management across the organization.
• Provide insight on the planning and inventory using master data and associated processes
• Support the development and scalability of corporate projects to utilize master data
• Provide as needed management reporting as well as occasional ad-hoc reporting and analysis projects
• Provide input to product strategies based on data and risks
• Provide support and appropriate data to assist Supply Chain Leadership in developing their strategies and drive leading-edge thinking to improve process and procedures
• Provides assistance to supply chain staff in reviewing, recommending, and implementing system enhancements
• Present data to various areas of the organization
• Understands supplier and Customer concepts in process design, connecting supply chain business process thru to the end customer.
• May provide and/or develop training as it relates to Master Data or Product Lifecycle management
• Has an understanding of KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) related to supply chain, can recommend & develop, then analyze KPI's (Key Performance Index) related to supply chain.
• Able to distill complex issues into simple effective messages for management.
• Shares communicating ideas in a group setting and instructs others in tasks.
• Reviews and executes dashboards, KPI's and reports.
• Develops tools for data collection, analysis and audit.
• Participate in brainstorm operational solutions in the face of competing resources.
• Participates in projects, following project management best practices, applying knowledge of quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Analyzes, recommends or implements solutions surrounding a variety of supply chain issues.

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in one of the following: business, supply chain, computer science or related field, or commensurate experience
• Ability of following process change through Lean, Six Sigma, or similar tools
• Candidate will possess good analytical skills with a focus on systems & process scalability as it relates to Master Data
• Good presentation skills, including the ability to project confidence about process change via interpersonal skills
• Intermediate Excel abilities required, including Formula creation, V-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, IF statements, chart & graph creation
• Recent Master data management experience
• Highly desirable to have experience working with Siemens Team Center and SAP,
• SAP IBP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms and Business Analytics platforms is helpful
• Awareness or knowledge of a variety of software applications, data, and mainframe systems such as SFDC, Adobe enablement, Informatica, Axon, CAMSTAR and LIMS
• Master Data Governance understanding highly desirable.
