Master Finisher for Manufacturing

Position Summary We are looking for a finisher to create custom colors and match any finishes requested by our customers. Responsibilities · Spray primer, basecoats, and sealers. · Mix colors to match samples · Apply final finishing techniques on acrylics, metals, resin, and wood · Responsible for disposing of hazardous waste · Maintain all equipment and brushes used Required Skills · Acrylic veining, mixing paint, sponge, and spraying · Ability to stand 8 to 10 hours per day. · Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. · Superior attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to document steps taken to create finishes · Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Education and Experience · Experience in Lighting manufacturing a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
