Master Planning

Your responsibilities:

• You will involve in project scheduling based on customer orders to ensure on-time delivery, considering available capacities and material availability.
• You will monitor the key milestone of the project and drive the problem-solving to ensure the project can be delivered on schedule.
• You will be detailing production plan to ensure material is ready before production to support the project schedule.
• You will be working with purchasing/buyer to ensure that raw materials are available to support the detailed production plan.
• You will be reviewing production capacity, performing capacity analysis, and adjusting production schedules to balance loading.
• You will collect and evaluate KPIs related to completion of planning and result oriented thinking and well communication, make good result happen.

• You hold bachelor's degree or above.
• 5 years of working experience in planning, project management, etc.
• Strong organization and communication.
• Hands-on Microsoft Office, SAP
• Strong leadership and ownership are required.
• Fluent oral and writing communication skill in English.
