Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

York Space Systems is seeking a Master Scheduler to support Production Planning and Capacity Management activities.
RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Develop complex multi-unit Master Schedules.
  • Work cross-functionally with Program Management, Operations and Engineering to develop optimized schedules.
  • Identify, risks to achieving milestones and develop options to address.
  • Support Production Planners to mitigate effects of schedule impacting events such as design changes, resources, and component shortages.
  • Summarize and communicate schedule needs and risks. 
  • Monitor/maintain accuracy and integrity of master production schedules and associated input information.
  • Identify and develop improvements to operational processes and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in Master Scheduling or related field.
  • Ability to quickly learn operational procedures, new software, and technical subjects.
  • Experience managing multiple complex schedules simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Project and MS Excel
  • Ability to critically think to find optimal solutions to mitigate schedule delays and significant re-schedules.
  • Effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset. 
  • Active Security Clearance a plus.
