Material Handler 

Lunar Energy is seeking a Temp Material Handler to join our team! This will be a 3-6 month contract where you role you will be support several aspects of our supply chain and logistics operations.

On a given day at Lunar, you’ll likely…

• Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations
• Scan and track incoming and outgoing orders
• Receive and process new inventory, ensuring contents match manifest documents
• Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items
• Unload, stack, move, and place products in designated areas
• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, etc. to transfer and deliver goods
• Perform detailed manual inventory counts
• Label warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval
• Stack, shelve, and stage items for storage and shipment as necessary
• Special project, other duties, ad hoc tasks for growing startup as required

Desired Skills:

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking, the ability to self-manage
• Able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs
• Able to use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Experience managing electromechanical inventory
• Experience with inventory management and other ERP systems preferred

Our Compensation Philosophy: Our goal is to ensure that all Lunar Energy employees are fairly compensated. Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position provided pursuant to the Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act for California applicants. The hourly range estimate for this position depending on level of experience is: $25 - $35 USD.

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package & benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to years of experience, job level, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations.
