Create Production Schedule for the Value Stream being managed.
Actioning of MRP Messages (Create, Increase/Decrease Qty, Expedite/Cancel WO)
Promise date Orders and create Transfer Orders.
Responsible for Work Order Management in E1 - alignment / re-dating of Work Order, Transfer Order and Sales order
Creation of Rework Work Orders
Review materials availability (MOK) and shortage list
Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials within or between departments according to production schedule.

Ensure timeliness of data entry.
Printing and releasing of Work Order package for different value streams
Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials within or between departments according to production schedule.
Review work order sequence
Handles Multiple products
Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

QUALIFICATIONS

2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
With hands-on experience navigating El or JDE system
Excellent computer skills
Good teamwork & can work with minimum supervision
Highly analytical & very keen on details
Effective oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of production flow
Understanding of sequencing
Cross functional understanding of product planning
Reports preparation in Excel
