Job Description

Eaton's Electrical CPS (Critical Power Solutions) division is currently seeking a Materials and SIOP Manager. This position can be based remotely in the United states. However, preference will be given to those located or willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $105,000 - $154,000 a year.

What you'll do:

The Supply Chain Divisional Materials and SIOP Manager will provide functional leadership to the division operations on SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning), Materials Management, Supplier Development and Logistics. As a subject matter expert, the role will participate in profit plan goal setting, continuous improvement initiatives and building organizational capability by training and developing others.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build collaborative internal and external supply chain networks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the materials management and logistics operating model leading assessments and development plans
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in continuous improvement events
  • Implement the monthly SIOP plan, which includes an updated sales plan, production plan, inventory plan, customer lead time plan, new product development plan, strategic initiative plan, and resulting financial plan.
  • Ensure the SIOP process helps the management team to understand how the company achieved its current level of performance, prioritize future actions, and communicate anticipated results
  • Support logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess stock.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain performance and make informed decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (supplier and Eaton functions) to drive strategic SCM / Materials Management initiatives
  • Following personal mastery of materials management competencies in your role; facilitate the training and development of the team on these core tools.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum Five (5) years of experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a combination of those functions within a manufacturing environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
