Arrow Electronics currently has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Associate. Arrow is a Fortune 109 company headquartered in Denver, CO, with employees worldwide. Arrow brings technology solutions to a breadth of markets, including telecommunications, information systems, transportation, medical, industrial, and consumer electronics.
This position is part of a hybrid schedule allowing for 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week remote.
What You Will Be Doing:

• Plan and pipeline inventory for low to medium complex customer demand-lower dollar value and/or lower part count
• Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Tools would include backlog matching and shortage reports
• Prepare Arrow generated shortage reports
• Manage long lead-time part numbers
• Set up new part numbers, assign costing, create NCNR agreements, and other part maintenance functions
• Manage inventory performance focusing on lean initiatives.
• Work excess inventory reports and work with cross functional teams to drive inventory KPI's
• Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
• Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area
• Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
• Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a 2 year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience
• Experience in buying, inventory management and/or coursework in supply chain or supply chain internship experience
• Strong Excel experince
• May require specific certifications

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$24.30 - $29.70
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
