As a Mature Assets Solutions Engineer, you will be the process owner for Well Engineering Integrated Coiled Tubing Drilling. You will ensure quality control of Drilling, Completion, Workover and intervention programs and recommendations. You will provide advice on well engineering issues.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

·         Developing the competence and capacity of CTD well engineering support within the Integrated Services (IS) organization in a global perspective.

·         Ensuring cross-regional support and input and provide assistance to well engineering QA/QC activities for all WO & intervention projects (e.g. Readiness Review, Peer Assist, Peer Reviews, CWOP, etc.)

·         Establishing governing documents & policies

·         Establishing feasibility studies for both onshore and offshore CTD opportunities

·         Providing advice on technical issues related to drilling (CTD), completion, intervention and WO in project execution and business development.

·         Developing engineering, operational and emergency procedures for onshore and offshore CTD projects

·         Liaising with Region & Geomarket Operations, Product Lines and third-party subcontractors in technology development and R&D activities

·         Contributing to technical visibility of Baker Hughes Integrated Solutions both externally to the industry and within the company

·         Overseeing compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies and guidelines as per IS Management System

·         Conducting business according to Baker Hughes’ Code of Conduct and Core Values

·         Leading special well engineering projects together with regional engineering teams, as needed

·         Keeping abreast of technological and engineering process advancements through affiliation with professional societies and participation in networks, workshops, seminars and training courses

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·         Have a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering. Masters degree is desirable.

·         Have 7+ years’ experience within Coiled Tubing Drilling Well Engineering.

·         Demonstrate proficiency in English (with both oral and written skills)

·         Have excellent knowledge of well engineering functions; experience of business processes from a major oil company or large independent

·         Have expert knowledge of Coiled Tubing Operations and Equipment and CTD well planning

·         Have solid planning and organization skills. Be an effective communicator

·         Have deep familiarity with third party contract management

·         Be analytical and possess problem solving capabilities. Be Solutions oriented.
