Maximo Infrastructure Analyst

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Performing and supporting Maximo specific installations for production and non-production environments. • Performing database tuning and maintenance including performance monitoring as needed to meet application demands.• Partnering with solution architects, developers, and other IT support personnel to help troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues in non-production and production environments.• Management and support of Java based applications running on IBM WebSphere, including configuration and support of WebSphere clusters, nodes, servers, JVMs, and JMS Queues. • Performing regular maintenance, monitoring and tuning of the system - automating routine tasks wherever appropriate. • Managing and supporting environments needed to support formal change processes compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and other regulations. This is to include code deployments and version upgrades between environments. • Learning and understanding the architecture of all system interfaces and assist in testing and implementing any updates and changes. • Learning and understanding the business intelligence technologies and architectures used for Maximo reporting and assist in testing and implementing any updates and changes. • Implementing and testing add-on components and 3rd Party solutions as necessary. • Following guidelines and standards for product usage and solution development. • Completing technical documentation of technical solutions and support processes• Building and maintaining Maximo virtual hosts for developers.• Executing scheduled patches and upgrades to the software stack and operating system as required
• 3+ years of infrastructure management experience supporting Maximo solutions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Participating in Level 1 and Level 2 support

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $68K-$122,800*
