The Opportunity
As part of the Functional and Industry Technologies team you define, design, and implement complex enterprise system integration solutions with industry standard technologies. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards. You focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to deliver quality work.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Defining, designing, and implementing complex enterprise system integration solutions
- Demonstrating experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server, Oracle Database
- Configuring, deploying, and testing enterprise software applications
- Executing System Administration (Windows / Linux)
- Demonstrating experience in Cloud Infrastructure and Technical Documentation
- Demonstrating experience with DevOps and related tools
- Building relationships with clients and developing awareness of Firm services
- Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner
- Applying experience in performance tuning enterprise systems

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
